Kallor is from Proxima and before taking his basic Starfleet training he appears to have lived the life of an opportunist. However, even opportunists can start to regret the lack of security in their lives and he decided to join Starfleet as an NCO therefore tying him-self as little as possible to the regime but also gaining for him-self a career. He never speaks of his own family or in fact about his past but this could well be because Kallor has only ever been interested in the present and the possible futures he can create for both him-self and those about him.

There is not much known in relation to Proxima, his home planet. All we know is that it was settled late Kirk era, no exact date. It is a small world with heavy gravity (so the people are a little stronger.) It has a comfortable atmosphere and the environment is similar to that of North America. People born on Proxima are only given one name, no last. To identify one might refer to a parent e.g. Kallor son of whomever.

Kallor is a smart, witty and charismatic man with an eye for a pretty face and a propensity for falling in love. He doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve despite his romantic disposition and very little can shock or hurt him. His emotional equilibrium is as indestructible as a rubber ball, simply bouncing off hard surfaces and then unexpectedly smacking you in the face.

He is a good and loyal friend and will always listen to another's problems, often going beyond the call of duty to help if he can.

Ladies beware that twinkle in his eye!
