Awarded to members of Starfleet, the Federation, or its Protectorates and Allies who have directly participated in a humanitarian act or operation designated by Starfleet Command.

Any sentient being who shows 'humanitarian' (or other species-tarian) aid efforts is eligible for this award.

The Interstellar Legion of Mercy 'Red Cross' for Humanitarian Efforts is what would be described as a Minor Honor. It cannot be bestowed on a character or non-player character without express permission from the GamesMaster.

In order to be eligible for nomination for this Award, the character must be a member of the simulation for not less than 6 Months. Nominations are submitted to the GM for deliberation.

A ribbon will be placed on the PC bio once approved.
