Service Ribbons
	Presidental Unit Citation	Conferred on units of the Armed Forces of the Federation and of cobelligerent nations, for extraordinary heroism in action against an enemy. The unit must display such gallantry, determination, and esprit de corps in accomplishing its mission as to set it apart from and above other units participating in the same campaign. The degree of heroism required is the same that which would warrant award of the Distinguished Service Cross to an individual.
	Outstanding Unit Citation	It is awarded to units which have distinguished themselves by exceptionally meritorious service or outstanding achievement that clearly sets the unit above and apart from similar units, the services include; performance of exceptionally meritorious service, accomplishment of a specific outstanding achievement of significance, combat operations against an armed enemy of the Federation or military operations involving conflict with or exposure to hostile actions by an opposing foreign force.
	Federation Star	The Federation Star is awarded to a person who, while a member of Starfleet, distinguishes himself conspicuously by bravery and valor at the risk of his life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an action against an enemy of the Federation; while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force. The deed performed must have been one of personal bravery or self-sacrifice so conspicuous as to clearly distinguish the individual above his comrades and must have involved risk of life. Incontestable proof of the performance of the service will be exacted.
	UFP Council Medal of Honor	The Federation's highest honor. Awarded by the President of the United Federation of Planets to a member of Starfleet who has distinguished him or herself conspicuously by gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of their own life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an action against an enemy of the Federation.
	Starfleet Medal of Valor	Awarded by the President of the United Federation of Planets to a non-commissioned officer or member of Starfleet who has distinguished him or herself conspicuously by gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of their own life above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an action against an enemy of the Federation.
	Federation Order	The Federation Order is issued to those who have serve the Federation in an unselfish manner for a period of at least, but not less than one year and has no disciplinary issues on record. May be recommended by any member of Starfleet who holds the duties of Commanding officer, but required Federation Approval prior to issuance. Only 200 are issued throughout the Federation each year.
	Federation Order of Merit	The Federation Order of Merit is issued to those who have serve the Federation in an unselfish manner for a period of at least, but not less than one year and has no disciplinary issues on record. Does not hold quite the prestige as the Federation Order Commendation. May be recommended by any member of Starfleet who holds the duties of Commanding officer, but required Federation Approval prior to issuance. Only 1000 are issued throughout the Federation each year.
	Marine Order of Merit	The Marine Order of Merit is awarded under the same criteria as the Federation Order of Merit, but only to those members of the Starfleet Marine Corps who have met said criteria.
	President's Medal	Awarded for superior combat and noncombat services and devotion to duty whilst in service of the Federation. May be recommended by any member of Starfleet who holds the duties of Commanding officer, but required Federation Approval prior to issuance. Only 1500 are issued throughout the Federation each year.
	Golden Starburst	Awarded for extraordinary heroism, not justifying the award of a Federation Star, to any person who, while a member of Starfleet engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force against an enemy of the Federation. The act or acts of heroism must have been so notable and have involved risk of life so extraordinary as to set the individual apart from his or her comrades.
	Starfleet Cross	The Starfleet Cross is awarded to an Officer who has distinguished him or herself by extraordinary heroism while engaged in an action against an enemy of the United Federation of Planets. The heroism must have been notable and have involved extraordinary risk of life.
	Valor Cross	The Valor Cross is awarded to a person who, while serving in any capacity with Starfleet, distinguishes himself by bravery and valor above and beyond the call of duty while engaged in an action against an enemy of the Federation; while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force. The deed performed must have been so conspicuous as to clearly distinguish the individual above his comrades. The required self-sacrifice, while of a lesser degree than that required for the Starfleet Cross, must nevertheless have been performed with marked distinction.
	Legion of Merit - Command	The Legion of Merit - Command is awarded to any officer in a command position in Starfleet who has distinguished him or herself by exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements. The performance must have been such as to merit recognition of key individuals for service rendered in a clearly exceptional manner.
	Legion of Merit - Officers	The Legion of Merit - Officers is awarded to any officer not in a command position in Starfleet who has distinguished him or herself by exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements. The performance must have been such as to merit recognition of key individuals for service rendered in a clearly exceptional manner.
	Legion of Merit - Enlisted	The Legion of Merit - Enlisted is awarded to any enlisted member in Starfleet who has distinguished him or herself by exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements. The performance must have been such as to merit recognition of key individuals for service rendered in a clearly exceptional manner.
	Distinguished Service Cross	The Distinguished Service Cross is awarded to an Officer who has distinguished him or herself with exceptionally meritorious service to the Federation in a duty of great responsibility. The performance must be such as to merit recognition for service which is clearly exceptional.
	Starfleet Medal	Awarded to non-commissioned officers and men for an act or acts of exceptional valour, courage or devotion to duty, though not in active operations against the enemy.
	Conspicuous Gallantry	Awarded to Officers, WO's, and non-commissioned members of Starfleet and Starfleet Marines for acts of conspicuous gallantry whilst in active operations against the enemy.
	Red Crest	Awarded to a member of Starfleet who has suffered major or permanent injuries while showing extraordinary courage in the fulfilling of his or her duties while defending the United Federation of Planets.
	Nebula Star	Awarded to members of Starfleet who distinguished themselves by gallantry and intrepidity in action, but not of a nature to justify the award of the Valor Cross, while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force.
	Starfleet Achievement	Similar to Starfleet Commendation Medal, but recognizes service of a lesser degree.
	Starfleet Commendation	Awarded to members of Starfleet who, while serving in any capacity with the Federation, shall have distinguished themselves by meritorious achievement and service. The degree of merit must be distinctive, though it need not be unique. Acts of courage which do not involve the voluntary risk of life may be considered for the Commendation award.
	Meritorious Service	This medal is awarded to members of Starfleet for exceptional achievement which substantially contributes to the accomplishment of Federation missions or major programs.
	Combat Readiness	Awarded to Officers, WO's, and non-commissioned members of Starfleet and Starfleet Marines for demonstrated superior combat abilities whilst in active operations against the enemy.
	Silver Star	The Silver Star is awarded to an Officer who is cited for gallantry in action against an enemy of the United Federation of Planets while engaged in military operations. (Typically awarded to characters of Commander rank or above)
	Bronze Star	The Bronze Star Medal is awarded to an Officer who has distinguished him or herself by heroic or meritorious achievement or service, not involving military or combat action with an enemy.
	Combat Action	Awarded to those officers and/or crew of Starfleet who have engaged in direct combat whether in spaceflight or hand-to-hand action. Usually awarded in the event their vessel or location has been boarded.
	Act of Distinction	This Starfleet officer or crew, Federation member, protectorate or ally has continually proven themselves solid and reliable.
	Prantares Ribbon	The Prantares Ribbon is awarded to military personnel or civilians who have saved the life of a Federation civilian through peaceful means. The decoration is a stylized Prantarian lamb surrounded by a green wreath with the inscription 'High Protector' below.
	Grankite Order of Tactics	The Grankite Hegemony continue to award this 'chivalric order' to Federation Starfleet personnel by their own criteria. To date, James T. Kirk holds the first ever award, with "Silver Starbursts". Awarded to entire class of the Wolf-359 Advanced Tactical School.
	Distinguished Pilot's Cross	Awarded to those Starfleet Officers who have passed the Level 8 Pilot's exam, certifying them to a Navigation status upon any Starfleet and/or Federation vessel. This is usually only achieved by a select few as the testing for this level is extremely rigorous in order to be certified for any craft in the Federation of any tonnage.
	Pilot's Flight Cross	Awarded to those Starfleet Officers who have passed the Level 5 Pilot's Exam. Required prerequisite in order to achieve Navigational status at and/or above a Galaxy-Class vessel and greater tonnage.
	Marine Cross of Gallantry	Any Starfleet Marine who goes 'out of their way' to help Starfleet officers, United Federation of Planets, Protectorates, and/or Allied civilians is eligible for this award.
	Marine Corps Citation	Awarded to those Marines who have exemplified what it means to be a Marine.
	Commandant's Letter of Commendation	Awarded to those individuals who stand out during Academy Training, who consistently garner top grades, and set standards for others to follow.
	Outstanding Cadet	Awarded to those individuals who during their education at Starfleet Academy, went above and beyond what was required of them in extracurricular activity participation and maintained the high level of standard that is the Starleet tradition.
	Starfleet Academy, Top of Class	For those Starfleet and Federation representatives that graduated in the top 20 Percentile of their graduated class.
	Starfleet Academy Graduation	For those Starfleet and Federation representatives that graduated Starfleet Academy.
	Marine Academy, Top of Class	Awarded to those Marines who have successfully graduated the Marine Academy in the top 20th percent of their class.
	Marine Academy Graduation	Awarded to those Marines who have successfully graduated the Marine Academy.
	SFFC Academy, Top of Class	Awarded to those members of the SFFC who have successfully graduated the Starfighter Corps Academy in the top 20th percent of their class.
	SFFC Academy Graduation	Awarded to those members of the SFFC who have successfully graduated the Starfighter Corps Academy.
	Starfleet Medical Academy Graduation	For those Starfleet and Federation representatives that graduated Starfleet Medical Academy.
	Thera Medical Academy Graduation	For those Starfleet and Federation representatives that graduated Thera Medical Academy.
	Basic Training	For those Enlisted who have graduated Basic Training.
	Marine Basic Training	For those Enlisted who have graduated Marine Basic Training.
	SFFC Basic Training	For those Enlisted who have graduated SFFC Basic Training.
	Andorian Battle Star	Under development.
	Trill Institute of Science	Awarded to those who have graduated the Trill Institute of Science with a Masters Degree.
	Trill Institute of Science	Awarded to those who have graduated the Trill Institute of Science with a PhD Degree.
	Vulcan Medical Institute	Awarded to those Federation representatives who have graduated the Vulcan Medical Institute.
	Vulcan Science Directorate	Awarded to those Federation representatives who have graduated the Vulcan Science Institute.
	Deltan Science Academy	Awarded to those who have graduated the Deltan Science Academy with a PhD Degree.

	Daystrom Institute of Technology	Awarded to those who have graduated the Daystrom Institute of Technology.
	Daystrom Institute of Technology	Awarded to those who have graduated the Daystrom Institute of Technology with a Degree in Holo-Engineering.
	Dedicated Service Ribbon, 10 Years	For 10 years service to Starfleet.
	Dedicated Service Ribbon, 20 Years	For 20 years service to Starfleet.
	Dedicated Service Ribbon, 30 Years	For 30 years service to Starfleet.
	Dedicated Service Ribbon, 40 Years	For 40 years service to Starfleet.

	Commendation for Excellence - Engineering, Operations and Navigation	Awarded to those Starfleet Officers who have stood out in the fields of Engineering or Operations.
	Commendation for Excellence - Medical	Awarded to those Starfleet Officers who have stood out in the field of Medical Sciences.
	Commendation for Excellence - Counselling	Awarded to those Starfleet Officers who have stood out in the field of Counselling.
	Commendation for Excellence - Marines	Awarded to those Marine Officers who have stood out in their field.
	Commendation for Excellence - Intelligence and Special Operations	Awarded to those Starfleet Officers who have stood out in the fields of Intelligence and Special Operations.
	Temporal Investigations Award	Awarded to members of Starfleet who have served with or assisted the Department of Temporal Investigations (DTI) in some capacity.
	Prisoner of War	Awarded to those members of Starfleet who have been held captive as a Prisoner of War at any given time.
	Expert Marksman	Awarded to those members of Starfleet who have excelled in the skill of Elite Marksmanship in handheld weapons.
	Exploration	Awarded to those personnel who have participated in the true nature of Starfleet. Exploration of the Galaxy.
	Battle of Havras	Awarded to those Starfleet personnel who participated in action offensively or defensively against the Hydrans, T`Kith`Kin, or Breen during the Battle of Havras in 2381.
	Cardassian Conflict	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Cardassians during the Cardassian War.
	Wolf 359 War	Awarded to those Officers who survived the Battle of Wolf 359 against the Borg in 2367.
	Klingon Conflict	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Klingons during the Klingon War.
	Sector 001	Awarded to those Officers who helped to repel the invading force of the Borg in 2373.
	Tzenkethi Conflict	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Tzenkethi during the Tzenkethi War.
	Dominion Campaign	Awarded to those Officers who have performed exceptional acts in defense of the Federation during the Dominion War.
	Dominion Cluster	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Dominion during the Dominion War.
	Chin'Toka System	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Dominion and/or Breen forces during the Chin'Tokan skirmishes.
	Battle for Deep Space Nine	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Dominion/Cardassian siege of Deep Space Nine.
	Battle for Cardassia	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively beside the Cardassians in the Battle for Cardassia at the end of the Dominion War.
	Romulan Wars Service	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Romulans.
	Klingon Wars Service	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Klingons.
	Cardassian Pacification and Occupation Forces	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in the Occupation of Cardassia after the Dominion War in a peacekeeping role.
	Galactic Barrier Expeditions	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in the Galactic Barrier Expeditions.
	Borg Campaigns	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Borg in other encounters other than Sector 001 and Wolf 359.
	Breen Defense Ribbon	Awarded to those Officers who have participated in action offensively or defensively against the Breen.
	Delta or Gamma Quadrant Service	Awarded to those Officers who have served in either the Gamma or Delta Quadrant in a Federation role.
	Wounds Ribbon (Purple Heart)	Awarded to any member of Starfleet who has been wounded in the line of duty.
	Bajoran Relief Mission	Under development.
	Bajoran Liberation Forces	Under development.
	Andorian Regents Ribbon	Under development.
	Gorn 'Iron Egg Shard' Award to Non-Gorn Heroes	Under development.
	Battle of Romulus	Awarded to those officers who participated in the defense of ch'Rihan (Romulus) against Triad forces in 2383.
	Battle for Deep Space Five	Awarded to members of the USS Galaxy crew who participated in the rescue of Starfleet and Federation members from Hydran-occupied Deep Space Five (late 2384).
	Starfleet Games Participant (Gold)	Awarded to members of Starfleet who participated in the Starfleet Games and who won at least one Gold medal.
	Starfleet Games Participant (Silver)	Awarded to members of Starfleet who participated in the Starfleet Games and who won at least one Silver medal.
	Starfleet Games Participant (Bronze)	Awarded to members of Starfleet who participated in the Starfleet Games and who won at least one Bronze medal.
	Starfleet Games Participant	Awarded to members of Starfleet who participated in the Starfleet Games, but who did not win any medals.
