Awarded to members of Starfleet who distinguished themselves by gallantry and intrepidity in action, but not of a nature to justify the award of the Valor Cross, while engaged in military operations involving conflict with an opposing foreign force.

The Nebula Star is what would be described as a Minor Honor. It cannot be bestowed on a character or non-player character without express permission from the GamesMaster.

In order to be eligible for nomination for this Award, the character must be a member of the simulation for not less than 6 Months. Nominations are submitted to the GM for deliberation.

A ribbon will be placed on the PC bio once approved.
