Awarded to a member of Starfleet who has suffered major or permanent injuries while showing extraordinary courage in the fulfilling of his or her duties while defending the United Federation of Planets.

The Red Crest is what would be described as a Minor Honor. It cannot be bestowed on a character or non-player character without express permission from the GamesMaster.

In order to be eligible for nomination for this Award, the character must be a member of the simulation for not less than 6 Months. Nominations are submitted to the GM for deliberation.

A ribbon will be placed on the PC bio once approved.
